Wine of the Week!


Chef Jaime Laurita’s Prosecco is fresh, fizzy and delicate with notes of crisp apples and ripe orchard pears. Perfectly dry and palatable, this Prosecco is versatile; it can be simply incorporated into all of your life’s celebrations.

Try it with battered seafood, spicy Asian foods or anything creamy and decadent.

It can be enjoyed as an aperitif and it’s great with finger foods and cheeses like Gruyere, Gouda or even a nutty cheese ball.
